Seit 2018 fordern wir unsere Lieferanten der ersten und zweiten Ebene dazu auf, unseren Kodex der gegenseitigen Abhängigkeit zu unterzeichnen, in dem wir die Mindestanforderungen definieren, die in Bezug auf Umweltauswirkungen, soziale Verantwortung, Schutz der Sicherheit und Gesundheit am Arbeitsplatz, Einhaltung der Gesetze und Ethik einzuhalten sind.

Für eine faire, freie und integrative Lieferkette

Der enge und ausgewählte Lieferantenkreis, mit dem wir zusammenarbeiten, wird von Partnern wie amfori BSCI, SETA, WRAP und SA 8000 sozial und qualitativ bewertet.M

Wir überprüfen durch Audits Dritter, dass alle Unternehmen in unserer Lieferkette das Recht auf Gesundheit und Sicherheit der Arbeitnehmer, das Recht auf Vereinigungsfreiheit und Tarifverhandlungen, ethischen Handel und faire Entlohnung, menschenwürdige Arbeitszeiten, Jugendarbeitsschutz und das Verbot von Kinderarbeit sowie das Verbot von Zwangsarbeit und Diskriminierung respektieren.

Basierend auf dem Ergebnis des Audits unterstützen wir den Lieferanten, der dies bei der Umsetzung eines Verbesserungsplans benötigt um alle aufgetretenen kritischen Punkte zu lösen.
